After all the talks about Ray Bitar’s health condition, it is now believed that he is married. New reports that surfaced the internet boasts that Bitar tied the knot and he is looking quite healthy.

Bitar aw himself in quite a hot water with the US law after the Department of Justice closed major online poker sites which were still plying to United States players in April 2011, in infringement of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. He was declared guilty to a fistful of charges and forfeited a reported US$ 40 million but was doomed to only time served because of an apparent heart condition which made him a Class IV heart transplant prospect. Later it had been stated whether Bitar really indeed had the transplant.
During the sentencing, the judge said that the driving factor in this sentence is Mr. Bitar’s precarious health condition. He added, “The Federal Bureau of Prisons is not able to provide the care that Mr. Bitar needs. Prison almost undoubtedly would kill him. The possibility of prison would make Mr. Bitar ineligible for a heart transplant, which would also impose a death sentence.”

There were some unhappy faces after this decision. This is when Cunningham came in to make people believe that Bitar’s condition wasn’t a ruse to avoid prison time. Cunningham said that some people still haven’t gotten paid and it’s mostly Ray Bitar’s fault, but he isn’t benefitting from it.
